It is not a data gap. The label parsed fine. The problem is what the label says: the brand's own description leads on meat and animal derivatives, which is a legal category term covering a wide range of material rather than a named ingredient. When a manufacturer describes a food that way, they can change what actually goes in from batch to batch without changing a word on the packaging. Our score marks that down hard, and the mark-down is about disclosure, not about the specific animal in the bag.

It is also, by some distance, the cheapest food in our directory at around £0.25 a day. That matters. If this is what fits the budget, feeding your dog is the thing that counts and nobody here is going to tell you otherwise.
