Naturediet is one of the older British wet-food brands and holds up well: 82/100 (Very good) across 16 rated foods, running 76 to 86 - a spread of 10 points - ranking 85 of 290.

The recipes are simple in the way good wet food usually is - a named meat at a high percentage, vegetables, and not much else. Naturediet Purely leads at 86/100.

Wet food scores structurally well with us because a tray needs no starch binder, so the recipe can be mostly meat. Naturediet has been doing that since long before it was a marketing position.

Cost is around £1.30 a day at the cheapest, which is typical for wet - roughly three times dry feeding.

A dependable option, and easier to find in independents than most of the wet brands scoring at this level.
