Paleo Ridge is a raw specialist with strong numbers: 89/100 (Very good) across 8 rated foods, running 86 to 93 - a spread of 7 points - ranking 12 of 304. Paleo Ridge DIY reaches 93/100.

Raw scores well with us structurally - the labels are mostly named animal parts with real percentages, and there is little that needs a vague category. Paleo Ridge does that properly, with an emphasis on ethically sourced and free-range meat that goes beyond what most raw brands bother to declare.

Cost is high even for raw: about £2.52 a day at the cheapest, against roughly a pound for dry. Sourcing at that standard is expensive and the price reflects it honestly.
